We do not claim certifications. Our clusters are designed to support HIPAA, PCI and similar requirements. Your own policies, controls and assessments stay with your team.
Can I tell an auditor exactly where my data is?
Yes. Your cluster runs in Chicago, Ashburn, Los Angeles or the colocation facility you choose, on hardware dedicated to you.
What makes the backups immutable?
Immutable backup copies cannot be changed or deleted once written, which helps protect recovery data from ransomware and accidental deletion.
Who can access the management layer of my cluster?
Management runs over a separate out-of-band network, staffed by U.S.-based engineers. It is kept apart from the private VLANs that carry your workload traffic.
