Login Design My Cluster

Residential ISP Hosting.By the cluster. Ten servers minimum, on a network that is yours alone.

Most providers sell residential ISP hosting one dedicated server or VPS at a time, on a network you share. We build it as a cluster with your own 1 or 10 Gbps uplink, your choice of carrier or a blended network, and IP rental or BYOIP.

10+ servers·1 or 10 Gbps uplink·1 or 2 year term

Everything Between Your Servers and Your Subscribers.Cluster, Network & Colocation.

Pick a managed ISP cluster on our hardware, or bring your own equipment on a colocation plan. Either way you get a dedicated network, your own uplink and the upstream you choose.

Your carrier, or a blend.Your call, and you can change it.

Each of our data centers has several network providers on-net. Connect your cluster’s uplink straight to the one you want, or run on our blended network and let us mix carriers for you.

Direct to a carrier you choose

We cross-connect your uplink to a network provider on-net in the building. Useful when you already have a carrier relationship, need specific peering, or want your own BGP session upstream.

  • Pick from carriers present in the data center
  • Your ASN, your routing policy
  • We handle the cross-connect and turn-up

Our blended network

Your uplink rides our multi-carrier blend. If one upstream has trouble, traffic moves to the others, and you have no carrier contracts to manage.

  • Several carriers behind one port
  • Redundant upstream paths
  • One bill, one support team

Start direct and move to blended, or the other way around, during your term. Your servers, switching and IP space stay where they are; only the upstream changes.

How a cluster order works

From Design Session to Live Subscribers.

01

Design

A free session with an engineer to size the servers, uplink, IP plan and upstream for your subscriber count.

02

Quote

A fixed monthly price for the whole cluster or rack on a 1 or 2 year term. No per-server metering.

03

Build

We rack the hardware, configure your switching, cross-connect your carrier and set up BGP and your IP space.

04

Operate

24/7/365 monitoring and hardware replacement. Add nodes or move to 10 Gbps as you grow.

Why is the minimum ten servers?

Residential ISP services need redundancy across authentication, provisioning, routing and IP services. Ten servers on a dedicated network gives you room to separate those roles and survive a failed node. It also lets us give you a network and uplink that are yours alone.

Is the 1 or 10 Gbps uplink shared with other customers?

No. The uplink is dedicated to your cluster. It is shared only between your own servers, and you decide how traffic is split across them.

Can I bring my own IP addresses?

Yes. Bring your own IPv4 and IPv6 space and we announce it over BGP with your ASN or ours. If you need addresses, you can rent blocks from us for the length of your term.

Which carriers can I connect to?

Any network provider on-net at the data center you choose. Carrier lists differ by building, so we go through the current options with you in the design session.

Can I switch from a direct carrier to the blended network?

Yes. You can move from a direct carrier to our blended network, or from blended to direct, during your term. Your servers, switching and IP space stay in place.

How long is the contract?

Clusters and colocation plans are offered on a 1 year or 2 year term. The 2 year term carries the lower monthly price.

Can I use my own servers and network equipment?

Yes, on a half-rack or full-rack colocation plan. You supply the servers, routers and switches. We install them, set up virtualization, create your VMs, configure networking and BGP, and give you remote management access.

Is DDoS protection included?

Yes. 4 Gbps of DDoS protection is included on every internet-facing resource, and you can upgrade it.
