What is a Windows RDP server?
A Windows Server you connect to with Remote Desktop. Your desktop, applications and files run in our data center, and you reach them from any computer.
How many users can connect?
It depends on the applications. A 4 vCPU plan suits a few users, a 6 vCPU plan suits a small team, and a dedicated Windows server handles many concurrent users.
Is the Windows Server license included?
The Windows Server license is $10 a month per server. It appears as its own line in the server estimator, so you see the full monthly price before you order.
Can I install my own software?
Yes. You get administrator access to install the applications your team uses.
Is my RDP server protected?
Every server sits on our DDoS-protected network. We recommend restricting Remote Desktop access to known IP addresses or a VPN, and our engineers can set that up.
